At HISV, we believe in celebrating diversity, empathy and understanding. As part of Inclusion Week, we were honoured to welcome the Hands of Hope Institute, who shared their inspiring work in the deaf community.

Learning Through Collaboration

Pupils had the opportunity to learn about life with deafness and even practised some basic sign language. This hands-on experience encouraged greater awareness, respect and connection with the deaf community.

A Mural for Inclusion To commemorate the week

Pupils worked together on a beautiful mural, illustrating the message of inclusion, unity and friendship. The artwork serves as a lasting reminder that at HISV, everyone is valued, respected and included.
